Where can I find a ticket?
If you have not received the ticket to the e-mail address indicated in the order please check the SPAM / deleted items of your mailbox. If you bought a ticket while logged in to your account in the store you can view the purchased ticket on the website.

How can I check my order history and ticket costs?
If you want to check history of your order you must visit the website https://www.biletynatargi.com/en/order-history go to the My Account bookmark (little man icon in the upper right corner) --> Order History and Details then click Details (in the mobile version please click on the order number, e.g. WDXTKGRB) --> at the bottom of the screen click a button "Please download tickets". If you will do you can download the tickets to your computer.
How should my ticket looks like?
The ticket is in PDF file. Next to the graphic visualization is QR code that will be scanned on the fair. After making and confirming payment in the online store you will receive an e-mail in which will be attached the ticket. You can also download it from your account in the store (after creating it).
How can I contact with the store?
You can write an email at bilety@warsawexpo.eu or ask in the chat on the website. We don't have a phone number dedicated to selling tickets. Please check our FAQ first because it can be helpful for you.
Do I need an account in the store to buy a ticket?
You don't have to own an account in the store to check our assortiment but if you want to buy a ticket you have to create an account (according to the rules https://www.biletynatargi.com/en/content/3-terms-and-conditions-of-use) or you must provide necessary personal data.
How can I create / delete an account in the online store?
To set up an account in the store you have to complete the registration form. It is also necessary to provide your name and postal address. Creating an account in the store is completely free. Logging in to the account supported by entering the login and password authenticated during registration.
You can also delete your account at any time without giving a reason and without any costs. You have to send an appropriate request at bilety@warsawexpo.eu.
In what form will I receive the ticket?
The ticket is sent automatically to the e-mail address provided in the registration form. It is not possible to receive a paper ticket.
I changed my mind, I want to return the ticket. How can I do it?
The store does not accept returns of purchased tickets. It is not possible to withdraw from a distance contract when purchasing tickets for fairs - pursuant to Article 38 (12) of the Act on Consumer Rights.
I bought a ticket not for the day what I wanted. What should I do?
Please note that there is no possibility to exchange tickets in accordance with the rules.
I forgot the e-mail address from which I placed the order.
Write an e-mail at bilety@warsawexpo.eu. In the title write "E-mail reminder". In the content write as much information as possible, e.g. when did you buy the ticket, for which event and payment details.
How can I buy a ticket to the fair without creating an account?
All you have to do is add selected tickets to the cart proceed to the order processing and confirm that you want to complete the transaction. After that you have to complete all necessary fields. Fill the empty fields from the Addresses section and click "Order and pay". Then you will be automatically directed to Przelewy24 website through which you can finalize the payment.
Can I buy special tickets, e.g. group tickets, reduced tickets, children's tickets, etc.
It depends on the fair. You have to check this on the website of the fair you are interested in. To ask for school tickets please write at edukacja@warsawexpo.eu.
Do I have to buy tickets if I am a disabled person / guardian of the disabled person?
A disabled person enters the fairground with one adult guardian for free upon presentation of a document confirming disability, provided that they register for the selected fair. Registration can be made on the website of the selected trade fair event or on the spot.
I bought tickets but I have incorrect data on the invoice. What can I do?
Write an e-mail at dokumenty@warsawexpo.eu. In the e-mail title write 'Change invoice data' + invoice number, e.g. 'Change invoice data FS 5904/BIL/03/2019'. Write in the content which data you want to change. Important! The e-mail must be written from the address provided when placing the order!

How can i get to the fair?
- by car Ptak Warsaw Expo is located directly on the S8 route towards Katowice - exit Paszków. Journey from Okęcie airport will take about 10 minutes, from the center of Warsaw - 15 minutes. Parking will not be a problem because our center has 15 000 parking spaces.
- by bus Buses 703 and 711 depart from the Krakowska P + R to the "Paszków" stop. Bus 733 to the "Centrum Mody" stop. Warning! "Paszków" and "Fashion Center" are located in the second zone. You can buy the ticket in the ticket machine, newsstand and in the bus.
- by train
- free acces
At the central railway station take tram number 7 or 9 direction Krakowska P + R. At the last stop - Krakowska P + R, change to the buses 703, 711 (last stop: "Paszków") or 733 (last stop: "Fashion Center").
During the fairs …… free buses from from Central Station and Frederic Chopin.
I want to come to the fair with children. Do i have to buy tickets for them?
It depends on which fair. Usually children up to 7 years old can come for free.
Can organized school groups participate in fairs?
Yes. Please check subpage "for visitors" on the websites of individual fairs. If you have more questions write on edukacja@warsawexpo.eu.
I can't make a payment after adding tickets to the cart. Why?
